Top Ten: On Repeat

Hello boys and girls, this has been sitting in my drafts for weeks. I’d like to think my tumblr has some kind of purpose. I created it for sharing music but with more followers (especially people I know personally), I get more self-conscious. Whatever.

I like talking about music. I also like making lists. Thus, I’ve made a list of songs I’ve listened to on repeat and why. It’s a bit sentimental so read on if you’d like. I even included Youtube links to each song. I actually never use Youtube for music, but maybe you do? Check it out.

By the way, I wrote “top ten” but there is 11. Get over it.

NEW CDS: Jimmy Eat World - Static Prevails [1996] The Get Up Kids - Four Minute Mile [1997] Elliot Smith - Elliot Smith [1995] Radiohead - Amnesiac [2001] Radiohead - Hail To The Thief [2003] Radiohead - Kid A [2000] These are all CDs I found at Amoeba Music in San Francisco. My little buddy Aleah found the Jimmy Eat World CD but I snatched it from her because I needed it! I found the Get Up Kids album in the $1 section and all the others were $2 or $3 (can’t remember). Apparently we were in there for so long and my mom was tired of waiting so I didn’t get to finish looking through all that I wanted to and I grabbed those three Radiohead CDs at the last second. I always wanted more of their albums and well, there they were. View Larger
