"I'll Dream In Melody"

I guess I just said that because I had nothing interesting to say! Thanks though, love you too. :D

So, the other night I went to see Hellogoodbye at the Troubadour in West Hollywood. What a great show! One of the reasons I really wanted to go to this show was because the other bands playing were great. I mean, it’s not often that I go to a show and genuinely like all the bands playing. When they announced the tour and the opening bands, I knew I couldn’t miss this show. I’m sure some of you are too cool to like Hellogoodbye but they put on a really fun show and they released one heck of an album a couple months ago. They played the whole new album and I was very satisfied as I’m not a super huge fan of their older material. Gold Motel was good too. Since I may never actually get to see The Hush Sound, it was slightly fulfilling to watch and meet Greta Morgan/Salpeter (whatever). You, Me, and Everyone We Know also put on a really energetic performance. They played a lot of songs from their new album which I’ve heard but don’t really know; didn’t play I Can Get Back Up Now (which is my jam) but oh well. Now, Now was really cool too. I haven’t been listening to them for very long but they were very impressive and it’s always inspiring to see girls rocking out on guitars too.

OK, I know Gold Motel isn’t the most famous band or anything but this right here is so awesome. I met Greta last night and she signed my CD. Check it out:
